Onigiri and life lessons.

Every time I give myself permission to have a do-little day, listening to my pain, I find I end up achieving more than I expected by doing gentle, little things (like making this onigiri) a little at a time. Every time I focus on how little I’m doing compared to all I’d rather be doing and how useless I feel, I get less done. I NEED to learn that lesson and somehow follow it without my motivation for doing so being “getting more done” LOL! 🙄❤️

You can rip the girl out of Japan... 😊  Breakfast for 5 days in the fridge, salmon-filled onigiri ready to be wrapped in nori each morning
